Our platform enables you to create, manage, and evaluate feature flags within your applications. You are solely responsible for how you configure, roll out, and manage flags, including any impact on your software or users. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or behavior of your applications.
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. All fees are described on our pricing page and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data but grant us a limited license to use it to provide and improve the Service.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed in relation to the Service, including technical, business, or financial information.
We strive to maintain reliable Service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is provided as described in your subscription tier.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding your data) are owned by flagbox.io or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as per these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a grace period.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, flagbox.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless flagbox.io, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the UK.
